Found your blog through Lori's, and we have two boys from Kaz ourselves along with a Kyrgyz son...and two Kaz daughters we are praying will be home before summer!! You have no idea the need in particular for boys in Kaz, rooms filled with beautiful, healthy wonderful little boys which only due to their gender or race are unadopted. If people only knew the joys of boys, they would jump at the chance!!

I understand your conviction that God has spoken to you, I am living it myself in unexpected ways. A mother of FIVE kids?? Me?? NO WAY!!! And yet God spoke (more like screamed) and even when it seemed impossible, He provided every step of the way as long as we listened to Him.

Keep listening to Him, keep telling others and sharing, keep believing. Your son or sons are counting on you!

Your daughters sound much like my sons in their demeanor and hearts. Best of luck to you in all you are doing.

Warmly,
Cindy LaJoy
www.lajoyfamily.blogspot.com
Mom to Matthew (Aktobe, Kaz 9 years old), Kenny (Bishkek, Kyrg...10 years old in 2 days!), and Joshua (Uralsk, Kaz 5 years old)Cindy LaJoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16486626867331586704noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7313031958975493317.post-15179497445636377282008-11-13T08:04:00.000-06:002008-11-13T08:04:00.000-06:00Wow, those are amazing!! Your poo...It sounds like it was such a blessing!!!

Your poor baby...I had strep go into scarlett fever when I was in 6th grade. I will NEVER forget the doctor telling my mom that I needed to take it easy and we went shopping at the local kmart like store...she PUT ME IN THE CART!!! I was ELEVEN years old! It was bad enough as it was--when I say cart, I'm talking the part up front where your legs hang out (yep, I was THAT small!) but then in walks one of THE coolest girls in middle school (and I was not cool AT ALL!) and saw me in that cart like that...I was mortified. Oh, the memory...
I hope your little one feels better soon!!!Lorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01828552745708177768noreply@blogger.com
